Google search the following:

info:tax-toolkit.com

tax-toolkit.com is fake PR. I can tell by the fact that when you do the search, an IRS domain shows up rather than the tax-toolkit.com domain.

checkpagerank.net (a website that people recommend that does this automatically) is not working at this time. The info: search always will, however.
