To be frank-I do not see much value in this domain.
You can definitely get such price if bought by an END USER,but it's usually hard to find end users for this type of domain.
Going by the 3character.com price guide,it's just reg fee.
Develop it into some guitar notes site and you can get some value.

It's very difficult to sell this type of domain to anyone - end user or domainer. It "can be" used for many things, the problem is most people would stick to their brand instead. I'd say reg fees to low xx.

Sorry, but I can't see building a site around the E minor 9 chord either .

$x - low $xx seems to be a current common resale price for 3 char .net domains.
