I find it very interesting that most appraisals here are given at reg fee or zero. Why must a domain either have positive or zero value? There is no magic wall at zero. There is no special brake that stops the descent of pain.

The fact is that everything in this World has a value and it is 100% of the time either positive or negative. There is never a time that something is worth zero. Never.

Therefore, assuming that I'm correct in my view that these domains have no positive value, the question is, "what is the negative value?". I personally place the value of human life at $100/hr. Assuming that it took you 30 minutes to research these domains and assuming the domains cost a total of $14 to register, these domains are worth negative $64.00. IMO.

I recommend grace deleting these ASAP. Good luck and good day.

Clearly your calculations prove certain, and the obvious actions that should be taken are not only to send the said individual these domain names free of charge, but to also pay an extra $64.00 fee. Thanks alot man, I was thinking around 1500-2000. The reason i didnt register the other extensions was just because I felt .com/.org fit this niche the best.

These domains are awkward and I am surprised you have several interested parties. Either way, take the money and run :imho:

I consider these names to be branding items or vanity sellers. Why?

These aren't words or key phrases that people type into their search engines to get information on. Unlike say; "buy a street bike" or "book a hotel room", nobody is actively searching for these terms. So...

The best you can hope for is someone starting a new business or looking to build a brand for an existing one that thinks your names are memorable enough to invest in.

There's millions of questionable/below average names floating around on the market. By sheer chance, some of those bad names will occasionally sell - a few even for decent amounts as you referenced above - however, these are the exceptions rather than the rule.

Bottom line, they surely CAN be sold. Anything can. But, it's going to take a heck of a lot of ingenuity & salesmanship on your part. Oh yeah, a boatload of luck too :tu:
