It could be PR 22, the name itself is horrible IMO.
For one, even if developed, how you gonna make money from people comparing paychecks.
I agree with Traveler, the domain should have been left unregged.
Move onto another project/domain and forget about this one.
If you can't get a refund just delete from your account.

Maybe you don't really understanding what this site is about its for payday loans, payday loan applications can make about £50 per application approved so therefore this domain isn't worth nothing.
