if you are thinking of selling it IMO it wont get you the reg fee too.
But if you develop it and put some coupon codes from various websties it will definitely sell at good amount.

Once xtcoupon.com sells on Flippa, putting the same content on couponsxt.com will likely be illegal. Generally, with Flippa, you sell the ownership of your site, including the code. Coupons are a saturated niche on the Internet; there's not much money to be made. Try something unique, or look at what's selling for decent prices at low uniques/revenue on Flippa.

Without content, $0-5. With content similar to xtcoupon.com, $100-200.

I have to disagree with you there as the theme is available as a premium wordpress coupon theme from Appthemes and surely if what you are saying is true then they would not be able to sell this theme to so many different people to make so many different coupon sites..
Also i have a different coupons on my sites as xtcoupon on has domain and hosting my site has every type of coupon,
Also my site has the appthemes plugin for automated coupon collection the latter does not
