I have a feeling that cleantech.net could be worth something. It's not a .com, but tech-dot-net, with the same "e" sound seems to roll of the tongue better making it easier to remember. Considering the recent focus on green, clean technologies could this one be worth a few grand?

You're obviously right that green technologies is an expanding market but I think $XXXX is pushing it, try approaching end users and see how much interest there is.

You would have to find an end user to get in the xxxx range. Reseller you are looking at MAYBE $50.

I would consider approaching hardware recyclers.
