Could be but I think you'd have a hard time finding an enduser that wants to spend the time developing that with a .US domain... So undeveloped I would say $0.

The domain doesn't sound too good imho... besides .us are hard to sell.

.us fetch 1-2 percent of .com and the .com would be hard to sell so ya it's worthless
