I kind of like it. I really think you should develop this and then try to flip it. Perhaps make your own recipe site from it. As is, you might get a low-mid $xx or so.

I'd focus more on the domain in your signature LivingSaga.com than this one.

I don't see any value undeveloped, then again like I always say, development would give *any* domain as you're selling the audience and the content.
