you see that there is not much potential in this name.

2) always ask yourself why the name was still free to register in all extensions and even the .com was still free to register. in 99.99% of the cases, you can be sure that the name is worthless (unless its some brand new technology or if it is a nice catchy brandable name)

3) also if you type "buying a land" in google, you will see that almost all results from your search is part of a sentence like "buying a land cruiser...." , "buying a land contract from ......" , and has nothing to do with buying Land!

Conclusion: delete or develop (i would delete)

I don't understand some of your criteria really.

I have no idea neither what the "a" in the middle means, that is a question to ask to each of 18K+ monthly searchers typing in that sentence, that pays $1.19 in approximate CPC in Google. Also, I know it does not sound right, but for 18K+ people that does not matter (and for me, probably the major part is searching for the SUV more than the land)...I can se there are several thousand people with some non-sense in their search needs :hehe:.

I think that this name can be good for any type-in search approach (probably a good % of those 18K+ type-in their search inquiry right on the browser, and for that reason, this name can have some value for the person that is able to develop that idea).

Please let me know if I'm wrong on my thoughts, that's what I can say with all my respect after reading each reply people left me here.

sorry sir, you have to put Buying a land in [ ] -> [Buying a Land] to get correct results from google keyword tool !
look at the left of the window - Match Type - select EXACT search

40.500 is for BUYING LAND (broad search for the keys) and not buying a land

Common sense must prevail. This can only be non exact keyword, a sentence fragment or non native speakers. The true test is your traffic before you placed it on nampros.

I realize it may be disappointing to read the reply posts, but honestly, the name does not make much sense. Here in the US you would not buy A land you would just- buy land. Or, perhaps buy SOME land, but to buy a land, again, doesn't make sense. Also, you are using the Broad option in the Google Keyword Tool for your traffic stats. Use the Exact option instead.

Unfortunately, $0 value. As previously recommended, you might want to try for a grace delete from your registrar if this is a fresh reg, requesting a credit or refund.
