I'm looking for opinions on the value of Buddleia [dot] net.

I have made a website for it (using Google sites) It's a nice word (Buddleia is a garden plant) and it's well ranked (keyword and site)

1st page on Google (9th result) out of 972,000 results

Anyone any ideas on value? (I had considered selling mail order seeds through the site, affiliate or something)

I think it is worth what it is worth to you as a working website. I would find it hard to resell this domain. From a gardening and floral background I am not too familiar with this plant and do not know any clients or greenhouses in North America that I work with that knowingly stock the plant. Further the Wikipedia page writes that the spelling is often confused. This would hurt the resale as well. I would keep it if I were you and optimize it as best you can. If it pays for itself and the work, keep going with it.
