This is the point where someone usually mentions that you are exposing yourself to possible TM trouble. AFAIK, Disney is one of those corporations that's pretty strict about cracking down on people who use their name without permission.

Thank you for the reply. The use i see for this domain is with a Ticketing Agency that sales Disney Tickets. I have seen a few developed sites that do this.

With the restriction on the usage narrowed right down because of the Tm issues and the .net extension, I would say it has little value

He says that - and rightly so - since there's legal issues surrounding such a domain.

It would be worth a lot of it was (say) "BuyTickets.net" or "ThemeParkTickets.net" etc, but "Disney[Anything].net" etc will have a low value since it's a TM name.

Extremely limited potential due to fair use issues. Most likely worthless unless you can come up with some justification for owning it AND a non-infringing way of using it. Sounds like a job for David Blaine. IMO.
