I really don't know if I can find some potential buyers for these pills domain name.

Some time ago, I just joined the race and without thinking much, I registered these domains:-
(1) bpill.com - I have developed a website on it.
(2) rpill.com - page rank 1
(3) gpill.com -

Do you think I will be able to make some dollars by selling these domain names?

Please appraise them.

EDpill.com dold for $700

I'd say expect $70 from a reseller, and $700 from an enduser.

Endusers you either wait for them to contact you or you chase after. This forum is mostly resellers.

I agree 100% with this assessment.

So if you hold these for more than one billing cycle, you are reaching the point of diminishing returns. Unless you have reason to believe that you can sell one for more than low $xx, or plan to develop, I would advise not investing in a renewal.
