Strong name, according to the uspto there are many claims of TM so I do not know how that works then. That is a rich keyword domain, so even parked can bring decent earnings to the proprietor.
I do not imagina how can it be sold for but I would not surprise it ended selling low xxxxx

I think it would be OK in terms of trademark. For example, I have BlackBerry.info but it is a site about the berry, so no conflict.
