The niche is good. But the "etc" part of the name kills it, imo. It's kind of brandable... But it's not a very appealing name. I would say mid to high $xx.

You registered this name less than 2 months ago and you are getting multiple offers in the mid $xx,xxx range for the name, I'm struggling to think what a bank could do with this name if most domainers wouldn't pay reg-fee for it

Bank is good, etc is a bit blazay and nobody likes a bank to be lazy or uninterested. So the names clash and aren't promoting the important image a bank would need which essentially is trust, safety and organised.
