Well if you want a positive spin, focus on uses like being "cut" from the team, or didn't make the "cut" for school etc. There is even a use of cut in geological terms (yawn). Still not good news, but at least it wont bleed.

Bad Hair cut site.

Biggest problem with the name is a hair cutting salon would never want it. Which leaves comedy and lesser cuts of meat. Good Luck

the haircut idea is a good one actually - as above you would have to develop it as a humour site as no barber would want it but could work
