Need appraisal on the above domain Should I hold it or not

Seems descriptive and an obvious development use is possible. I don't really know the New York or art niches, but obviously a big market. How much will people pay for a name best suited as a reference directory? I would think not more than lowish $$$$, unfortunately, even for New York. It is an ideal name to suit an investor/developer that could do an initial development and make a bit of revenue and build traffic. But only one who knew the New York art gallery space well.
