I agree pretty much with @Arpit131 on this one - would say mid $$$.

When I look at NameBio for all 4 letter names with .al extension the average price is $655, so a higher price is possible. For example anim(.)al went for $2500, fisc(.)al for $1600 but would say at least fiscal is a better domain. Your exact domain sold in 2016 for $155. Here is link to complete comparator list I considered.

I think this is one of those names that for sure would sell for at least low to low mid $$$, but has some upside potential and could sell in the low $$$$ range if you could find the right seller. Best of luck with it!

They are much more commercial terms than actual. So this domain will face hard times finding an end user. Reseller price must be $100-$250

I don't disagree. I was suggesting a price to a motivated end user, not a price to a domainer for resale. I agree a price to reseller would be in the $$$ range.

Certainly agree with your note re fiscal being much more commercial than actual (and I said that in my first post) and of higher value. I am not sure about 'animal', maybe higher value. It is significant that the exact word 'actual' in .com did sell for $18,000 though (back in 2012).

It will be interesting to see what this originally sells for. Hope OP will update us after a deal is completed.
