You could hear a pin drop in that debate hall. This geo typo is not a good brand candidate so the value is based on type-in traffic. Keyword [acensionisland.com] has no search volume so type-ins are unlikely. Fair market value = $X.

It is right in the darn middle of the ocean, which is the appeal to sports fisherman. (get to sleep and eat two meals on land then cast a line 15 mins later).
I like it, I rate it as a hold. Didnt look into the different spelling thing hope you have the best way to spell it. Goodluck
