Glasses Clinic - It is proper to say just "opticians". However, I would say take a shot ...I appraise mid hundreds, to a forgiving buyer that appreciates "the glasses clinic" (branding wise)

Bit Suspect - Questionable, shady, crime stuff ...as a brand its a "maybe" from me. I have no clue on a plausible use case at this point, but I want to suggest "offers accepted". I consider it possibly 3 figure territory

I struggle with the others. However, hope you get bids
