I did a little drinking today and I reg'd some domains. I got a little carried away with a certain word. Oh, well please let me know what you think of my new domains.

I'm not sure why you chose to reg names ending wit Gator.. value of not more then reg fee to me.. however I like "DreamAccounts.com" for some reason, looks and sound nice, could be used to build a nice lil company or brand

since you have already registered these, try developing them to raise the bar and value of these names in coming year or two, you may flip it around for yourself to get some extra cash for vacation or two

Ok, now that I'm sober I completely agree. What was I thinking. I need to find that thread calling for your worst reg's ever. I think I have a couple more to add.

i think if you build a brand, the name that ends with gator will have some value. For example, hostgator.com is a well known hosting site.

I'm not going to worry about that. That would be a pretty far fetched TM issue. At least thats what I think.

To be trademarked you must be registered with the Trademark or Service mark office. Just because something is being used alot does not give it trademark rights

You can't trademark something that isn't being used (other than the limited "intent to use" trademark registration).

Businesses can trademark the same name or word if they are using them in different industries.

While you can trademark an expression someone else in a related business is using, it could be challenged under "prior use."
