I may use the domain to develope a site for an existing organization that uses 50% off or more group coupons to help non profit organizations to generate funds and at the same time help local businesses and there communities but I am wondering how much the domain alone may be worth.

All we have to go on right now is the domain. Your development isn't enough to count for anything yet.

$0 reseller since the end user market for a very specific domain like this is slim. What if they also want to do 60% off or 25% off? The domain is very confining.
