Retail mall ( US) = Shopping Centre (UK)
Buy realestate (US) = Buy Property (UK)


Not used in the UK.

No problem. I doubt they would be any good for resale, but not sure if they would work as parked domains. Another option may be a refund.

I agree with exsedo these are not British terms.
