I have owned both of these for a long time and I have been considering selling them and would appreciate an appraisal.

Neither are developed, but once they were could easily reach top ten in google for their keywords with the right SEO work.
Las-Vegas-Nevada.ws
At one time its PR was only 1 level below Vegas.com but dropped once neglected due to lack of time to further develop it. This site has one page that has many top tens in Google, mostly #1 - #3's. But they have nothing to due with Vegas at all. This one page Gets Search Engine traffic for about 1,500 variations of a keyword phrase per month. Keywords range from a 1 word to mostly 2-3 word keyword phrases with some longer tail variations. Gets about 1,000 uniques per day with about 85% of that coming from Google. The rest is Yahoo and Bing and direct links.
