To answer your questions:

lites.biz -- I still don't know who it is suppose to target. Maybe for dieters? Information or a store on selling stuff that are light? I don't know yet.

locatecustomers.com -- what do you mean by develop it? Starter webpage? An actual running webpage? Or an actual running webpage with marketing money put into it?

There are 680 yellow pages trademarks filed and only one that contains the word my...and its dead...I'd say no problem. You can even use the walking fingers icon since that has long since been public domain...

If any of the current myyellowpages.com/net/info/us decide to trademark or patent their name, would I be in trouble?

Or, since I have the .biz TLD, that makes my website different from theirs, right? Like there is Apple Computers, but there also can be Apple Trucks, and not infringe on each other, right?

In any case, I plan on developing myyellowpages.biz soon for local searches of business around my area of living.

o dout that there is a TM issue, yellow pages is so widespread now that It should be fine. Anyways, Istill think regfee for all unless you find a good EU, possibly low $xx for the last one
