SharedHosting.biz
ResellerHosting.biz
FreeTemplates.biz

All are registered 10+ years ago and I've had plans for them, but the're just sitting and waiting development (bottom of my priority list). I wanted to offer shared hosting services but now I'm not gonna work on that idea soon.
How much do you think these 3 are worth?
Do you think I should drop/sell/develop(blog,content related) them ?

I would drop them to be honest

.biz are a tough sell these days

The two hosting ones are good keywords, the free templates one is ok too. No one wants to overpay for a .biz, so domain value is very limited. I would develop them personally, especially the two hosting ones.

Thank you @gilescoley and @accelerator for posting your opinions! I'll leave the thread open for a couple of days - maybe someone else wants to share another opinion regarding these .biz's

Have a great weekend!

Do what you feel is the best.
They are .biz so very hard to resell
and since the niche they are into, developing them to their potential will take you good amount tobe incvested in.
Also development is easy getting traffic is hard part. also advertisement on this niche is too costly.
So think carefully before you proceed. I will suggest you to develop them if and only f they are getting some traffic by default. (hosting is the niche with highest competition)

2014 was one of the roughest years for .biz. It also shows no signs of reviving. Unless renewal costs don't matter much to you, I'd agree with gilescoley, who advised you to drop them.

the search engines destroyed ,biz and .us. It is really tough to get any .biz to show up on search engines if you build a site on it. Has anyone every even seen a .biz on Google? It's been years since I've seen one and can't even remember the last time it's been so long. Maybe 10 years. Same with .us. .info is really close to being as bad. No mystery why those names are so search. I've never in my life seen a .tv on google, yet everybody buys them like crazy. weird.

Google doesn't really discriminate between gTLDs. And they've said this over and over. Many other search engines are likely to follow a similar path.

Google can say that all they want, but we all see with our eyes, and not our ears. I've personal put sites on .biz and was impossible to get it on Google. Further, it's been so many years since I've seen a .biz on Google, not sure what Google expects us to believe here. They're full crap no matter what they say. Try to find me a .biz with top rankings. Good luck on that.

I don't think the problem is with the TLD itself. Many .biz domains are blacklisted or have been spammed across the web, since previous owners have used good .biz names for spam. The reason why there aren't any .biz in the top rankings is because .biz is considered "restricted" gTLD. Technically, you're suppose to use it for commercial purposes only. The TLD itself has been frowned upon for several years. A few years back, I can think of a few sites that I found through Google, but had the .biz TLD. However, all of them have migrated to different domains.

Is there a hidden anti-SEO effect with .biz? Possibly. However, I don't think it's likely.

You would think if it's for commercial purposes, that would be all the better for SEO. You probably can't get more restricted than .org, yet .org destroys .biz in rankings and rivals .com. Might even do a little better than .net. Something is definitely up with .biz and .us. Is it a coincidence how cheap those extensions are? Whether they're black listed or not, and they may be, it's a disaster building a site on them if you want to be found on searches.

Well, I wouldn't test my luck on .biz. :P So, I guess you could be right.

Although, I still do think that Google is being mostly truthful when they state that the gTLD you choose doesn't affect rankings much. There are many other cheap TLDs, depending on the registrar. GoDaddy even runs $0.99 .com domains every now and then. That doesn't mean something it up with .com. Perhaps, .biz prices are going down, because so many of them are being dropped.

Edit: This was a pretty interesting topic to talk about. But I think we're going a little off-topic.

.us is another one. Great little extension, but the cheapest around and impossible to get it on search engines. .info is only slightly better than those two, and slightly. The price seems to reflect all that as well on those extensions. .us and .biz is really a close race between the worst for SEO.
