the appraisal forum is supposed to be for domains that you own. backordering wouldn't count since you don't actually own it yet, and actually it's not a bright idea to post it since now people are more likely to get it before you. that being said, mid $xx undeveloped. the dev ideas are pretty self evident with your the domain, and i think there's still potential in that area.

Actually you did great. You flipped the domain within a month and got a great ROI (return on investment), much better than most rookie domainers.

Id say it seems like you have a good eye for quality expiring domain names, and to keep doing what your doing. Good luck!

did it have any backlinks? that will tell you alot about if you did good or not...and the quality of any links...if I assume no traffic or links you made akilling...if it has 400 linkis and 10k visits per month yu blew it...all depends on traffic.

It had about 150 links in, but I had it parked and the traffic wasnt that much, made a little parking, much more per click at namedrive vs sedo btw
It was a private sale I just emailed a few companies I thought would want it, I read a thread here on approaching an end user and used that as my guide to compose the email
