If you do then there may be value in the combo, if you don't then I guess the current holder of that number is the only potential user for the domain.

somebody has a hosting site on the non hypen version. They use an 888 tel number though. There really just going brand 1800 Cloud Kinda easy to remember. But I think when you throw the hyphen in, it commits it to the phone number. But it cant be the phone number without the right number of digits. I would look into returning it unless you got something super special in mind.

So it would seem a bit odd to have a company/website called 1800something.com and not be able to reach them at that same number.

This is what I meant by posting "deal breaker". I immediately thought of a toll free number, but the digits don't work. If I'm missing something, pardon. If I'm not, I'd try to get a refund. Best
