Playboy.one : Need your advise

Hello,
I bought playboy.one from one NP user (private sale via PM offer) in order to develop and/or migrate my personal blog in Arabic, but Playboy Enterprise Inc Lawyer contacted me by mail and asked me to give him the transfer code (for free !! ) or he will attack me in justice and I will lose at 100% !
I swear that I don't have any bad faith using this domain, I even write a disclaimer page in English in my blog in order to avoid any confusion with the trademark Playboy: playboy (dot) one/important-disclaimer/

I need your help please.

I forgot to tell you that I'm Moroccan living in China, so where do they attack me? China, Morocco or USA? I don't have a visa to the USA

They will get the domain back by UDRP!!
They wont harm you physically or financially. They will file a UDRP case and you will obviously loose it and the domain will be transferred to them. better give the transfer code and get rid of the trouble.

Playboy is certainly TM. You can still try to defend your registration if there will be no adult content on your site. But I doubt they will sympathize.
I strongly suggest that you research domain decisions at Wipo, search for cases where Playboy is the complainant. Then, based on previous decisions, you can determine what your position could be.

@yogiDomain in this case Booking dot com or Mini dot com should wait until someone buy their domains dot one from Dynadot, United domain or 101 Domain for > $ 6000 and they will use UDRP to get it for free? do you think this is normal? !!!!

Generic terms are different from "PlayBoy" like terms.

But why didn't they attack playboy.club (price: $ 500000) or playboy.biz !!

you may not have any bad faith, but its still a clear TM. It is massivly unlikely you would have got that name if Playboy never exsisted. Personally I would just let it go to them and put it down to a lesson learned. When buying domains that are potential tm's I strongly advise against buying them for this very reason.

Also, dont worry about other domains, look after yourself first. For all you know those other domains may have also recieved a UDRP.
