plana (.) org or Plan A
Many extensions are taken. The .com is developed and also at least .de (Germany).
Worth anything?

Hi,

Really nice name, I like it.

Two appraisals, first how much I would pay for such name, second how much I think others would pay for this name. If the extension had been a .com then this would have made good money.

First... I would pay around $30 for the name.

Second... I think others would pay around low $xxx

Good luck,

Thanks testingyou!

I found an enduser candidate that sounds perfect in terms of their current domain name.
It is Plan//A//Org//dot//com.

It is a 4 woman decorating/organizing consultancy, so not a big company (as one might guess from the domain name).

How much should I offer Plan//A//dot//org for? What should I be willing to settle for? Or does anyone think that I shold look for someone bigger for this name? (I'm guessing no since it's not the .com, but just asking...)

Thanks!

When your brightest end-user candidate is four women running a designing and organizing consultancy, your prospects aren't very bright.

But still. You might get lucky and they might buy. Just understand that to most people, a domain-name is something you register for $8.99 at godaddy. The "value" in some aftermarket names isn't apparent to everyone and I'd bet that of the various subsets of people in this world, female designing/organizing consultants wouldn't be very high up on the list of folks who 'get it' on domain names.

Hate to generalize, but there's a helluva lot more truth to some generalizations than people would like to admit.

Thanks! I know what you mean, but I figure it's worth a try. It would be a perfect upgrade/compliment for their current name and I am willing to bet that at least 1 out of the 4 women will realize that... (as long as whoever reads my email will tell the others)
How much they will be willing to pay is an entirely different matter and it won't help that they most certainly got their current name for reg fee...

Edit: Do you think that this organization is about right for the quality of the name or do you think that the name has more potential.

How much should I try to get for this name? (enduser sale)
