Development would be key because with these domains I would guess both English speakers and Chinese speakers would be unable to type them in.

Kind of like an anti-IDN. Instead of making domains easier for the native to type in, these make it difficult for anyone to type them in. Somewhat funny actually.

Well I'll credit you for some originality, but to support what Fab said, it's really the exact opposite of IDN. Some of us do register mixed script domains when this is common in a language like Japanese, but this combination you have chosen is unlikely to be typed in naturally by anyone who speaks chinese or english. If you can I would use your grace period and go for something all chinese or all english.
