question .Pk domain transfer help

Hi, I have a .pk domain. I used my brother's name as Registrar as I used his CC (Didn't know what I was doing).

Do I need to ask him to sign the transfer document that is listed here pknic.net.pk/change-registrar.html or I can?

I've only one .pk domain which is yet to be sold so I've no such experience.
