Pixel program??

Hello, (not sure where else to put this)
On my other computer I had a program called Pixel something.. Like you open it, and you rollover a color with your mouse, and in the little box it told you the hex code for that color... Any idea what the name is? and where I can get ti again.. I totally forgot to grab it when i was over there.
