I'm looking for someone to improve on my pixel tower top

While I've done most of the work there is still alot more detail that could be added, I am willing to pay or even exchange hosting or some domains I have.

Please improve on it, post your improved design along with your price if any

Pixel art, last time I heard of it was in the times of sims and tychoon; the art of moving pixels around tocreate the perfect effect.
Nice picture, but not really what I would paint myself; I'm more into conceptart and probably would take 10 times more pixels to do that (a different result of course ) but afterall that's what sets pixel art apart from the others.

Thanks for your design dvirhazout, however I don't need the design anymore as my idea was to make a pixel building that could have apartments added to it using GD Lib but the project was allot harder than I first thought.

What is pixel art ?

Is it when you draw with a pencil tool pixel by pixel in a software like paint?

Jaynesh - pixel art is made by photoshop and you should use pencil tool with 1px in the photoshop.
