Pinecone Research has limited open registration for paid surveys. I did this a couple years ago with them.. They pay $3 to $10 per survey via PayPal/Mail and you usually average a couple surveys a week with them. But enrollment is always very limted and expires quickly so hurry! Good source for regular money! (US only, sorry!)
