What kind of value would you place on my site?

At the moment it's pretty average, but bear in mind a few factors:

a) The modified car industry is currently the fastest growing in the world, with a net global worth of $billions;

b) The international success of MTV's "Pimp My Ride";

c) The domain name itself (top 5 on all the major search engines - Google, Lycos, Yahoo, MSN - for "pimped rides");

d) The rating software alone cost over $100 and can easily be modified;

e) Currently averages 66 unique visitors a day of which 59 are for the 1st time and 7 are returning, with 265 page loads a day with no advertising or link swapping;

f) Currently averages $2.07 revenue a day (or $756 a year), again with no advertising or link swapping;

g) The site has an active forum, internal messaging, an admin web page, automated birthday reminders, and space 2 sets of Google Adsense along with plenty more space for banners etc for monetising.

I am looking to sell the site soon as a developed website package. Any sensible offers will be considered carefully.
