DenverExchange would be a good fit for a Denver Internet Exchange. One IX is now using a dashed .org domain and I think it would be an upgrade. A lot of Internet Exchanges are commercial entities nowadays, so the .com extension would be a good fit. There are several IXes in the Denver area.

This domain has potential in other fields, as well. Like the Financial sector, for example.

"Exchange" is also a term used a lot in the marijuana field. Denver is a great city for that.

The term is taken in 45 of my top 50 rated cities.

It is available in cities number 7, 23, 26, 45, 46.

Denver is #13, but is a better city for this specific term than many comparable cities IMO.

It's the type of domain I price in a range like $2,500 - $3,500 and expect to sell at around a 1% - 2% STR.

Modest, imo.
Yeah, it could certainly sell for more to the right buyer.

At the same time a city like San Diego being available is kind of a sign.

Let's see if someone here regs that. :)

So you should wait for one potential user if they ever come, if they like the price, if they don't think you are a cybersquatter etc.. Good sign that thedenverexhange is registered, but still..
