I have recd 2 offer's,and i am in a dilemma to accept it or not,as i have
also recd a Lawfirm's Letter,stating " It would be in both parties interest ",if negotiations can lead to a sale. The letter aint threatning,but surely has got me some butterflies in my stomach,thinking about some trademark involved here.

Anyways,i would like to have a appraisal asap.It will be appreciated.

Currently its Low XXXX & Medium XXXX. It seems the buyer's are genuinely interested.
But i am still not sure what would be a perfect price.
