Established PHPTalk.info up again!!

Hi, i bought this forum a couple months ago, now i cant manage to advertise it and promote it so i am selling it for the highest bid, i reserve the right to keep the site if i do not get what i want for it!

The forum is a phpbb forum, it is modded with alot of different mods, you can check on the forum what mods there is, you can check what mods that are installed here: http://www.phptalk.info/viewtopic.php?t=5

The previous owner Juggernaut submitted this site to 116 engines and I have done some promotion too.... It has about 400 back links right now.. not bad for a new site.. One thing I have done is install a sitemap generator that sends a sitemap to google nightly.... This has helped a great deal I believe..

First off, your attitude and replies towards ConfusedSoul's request for stats was rude and unprofessional. Secondly, and most important at this point - EGS won this fair and square, and was the last bidder Friday night (which is when you stated the auction ends).

Please do the right thing here!

I don't even remember what I posted in regards to stats but I believe I apoligized for that and I also believe that it is none of your business unless I break the rules here which I did not do.

All I know is on my clock it says that Jaks bid at 10:06 Friday night!!! My time!!!! That is the deal!!!.... You are possible in another time zone......so please do your job and stop treating me like a child... If you are not a mod you sure are acting like one... a bad one too..

I just came to this thread to announce that I still have recieved no payment. As far as I am concerned... Jaks won this auction. He bid at 10 eastern!!!!!! Friday night my time.... sorry if you have a problem with that....

If I do not get payment soon I will discuss other options but selling the site to someone with an attitude like that is probably not something I would want to do anyways..... someone that cries like a baby about this being f'ing bullspit before even waiting to see what the truth is...

One more thing...

It is mods or members like you that ruin a forum. When mods and members start taking sides and insulting people things start going down hill....

I do not have to explain anything to you about my supposed attitude but I will anyways....

Nobody responded to the initial auction so I just said I would consider selling it for $75. At that point the auction was basically closed. Confused came and offered $50 or $55 right after I said $75.... Therefor my response was not really rude but if you read a little further I apoligized anyways!!!! I believe I was speaking the truth and I don't believe he was interested in buying the site for anything more than $50 anyways. So, why are you bringing this up unless you personally do not like me or what ever...??? I really don't care if you like me or not but your post and the other childish post really, really ticked me off...

I was only trying to sell a site and get what it is worth. Your time zone is not my problem and as far as I am concerned I am the one who deserves an apoligy.

I have not been contacted by Jaks and I have given him enough time and he has not even sent an e-mail to let me know. I am not sure how much time we are supposed to give so would someone let me know please???

Jaks did win this fairly by bidding on this at 10pm my time which is the time I was going by.

If the next bidder in line wishes to have this site than please say so and maybe an apoligy would be nice from the 2 parties involved who both went off on me for no reason. A real man apoligizes and as far as I am concerned you both owe me at least that much.....

First things first.... Can someone let me know the policy on waiting for someone to pay for an auction they won????

I only wanted to sell a site here!!! I come in here early today and read about 2 people saying all kinds of rude things about me..... I did nothing!!! Jaks won the bid!! It ended at 12 and he bid at 10 eastern time!!!

Afetr that I get a pm saying Jaks, you would be paying me on Sunday night definitly!! Didn't you say that you would definitly pay me tonight!! That was sunday.... Then I don't hear from you until today so I got a little concerned especially after being insulted here and now you are insulting me too?????

First off I made the offer at 1:06am. So EGS was the actual winner. I figured it was over already when I saw the time of my bid. I never said I would pay Friday. I didn't even know you claimed me to be the winner until this morning not to mention I bid 1:06am on Saturday. As soon as I got your message, I sent you a message at 11:30 am and told you that I would pay tonight. 2:30pm you sent that message to me. That right there made me not want to deal with you.

I sent you a message and repeated that I will not be home until tonight and that you should chill. ( Should I post reply to that message? )

Lastly I read the latest in this thread and decided that was it a little shady whether you intended it to be or not, so the deal is off.

That was the most ridiculous bunch of nonsense I have read in a while. You obviously have a serious attitude problem, and a complete lack of respect for me, and the members of this forum. You need to check yourself - and you are going to get a few days away from this community to do that. I am suspending you for 3 days.

When you return, I trust that you will have calmed DOWN - and grown UP. Try some yoga or deep breathing exercising while you are gone. They are very relaxing.

EGS and Jaks are bother very nice, very respectable members. I doubt either of them still wants to do business with you after the way you've treated them, and judging from their replies. But I will be here to help them if they choose to deal with you, after you return.
