You're going to get low thousand range from resellers for this just from the first 3 letters. Obviously when it comes to adding something to the end, S is more powerful than B, but we are pluralizing that which cannot be pluralized, so if we did other things to it we can compare some values. PHPs (plural) is as valid as PHPd (past tense), PHPx (webX), PHPH (repeating), PHPr (2.0), PHPP (triple letter), PHPz (hack), and PHP1 (primary). When we put it in this light we can see that we can't match the true php.com, but we are in a class with very little competition for strong, short words.

Since your real value is always with end users, your goal is to find them or build the site. I would think a very good PHP developing company with cash would be willing to unload high $x,xxx for this one. If you just put up a portal site with reviews, downloads, forums, etc you could easily be bringing in that much cash per year. With that in mind, might even be worth low $xx,xxx to the right download or portal company - but of course that is a much higher more niche market which might mean less EUs and more likely at the whim of the financial markets which are weak right now.

I'd say low-mid $x,xxx in the current market.
Possibly mid- higher $x,xxx to the right user when the market picks up.
