The site looks nice. A few text errors. Otherwise, nice website.

Many problems.. First being that I don't want to hire php devs from a WordPress site.


But anyways, you have customer and developer profiles in the same list.. Some people have "total spent" while others have "total earned". And their urls are /author/..

What's the big red "invite me to join" box that isn't actually a link?

"Work History". Not "Works History".

Your homepage, full time page and urgent pages are identical.. Nothing to distinguish them.

Is there payment processing here? How does the exchange of money happen?

Mugs have nothing to do with php so I assumed it was a British English insult for using php.

The budget slider doesn't work and "your skill" is very vague.. It should be a checklist.

This site is doomed by WordPress. You need so many complex things to make this work and none of them are really doable.. Can you even create an area for the project that only the customer and developer can see where discussion and updates etc happen in WP?

Please don't say you were going to just let them email each other.
