You're right, this domain would be good for that use.
The thing is, it isnt a highly searched phrase.
It is a brandable domain, impossible to quantify.
You either have to develop it, or wait for some buyer that got the same idea & has money to spend on it.
Then the value will be decided between you & them.

Although the name is good,it according to me is a tad to much to type.
Also you have Freelancer.com in that department which is an established global competitor.
But as Iconic said,You either have to develop it, or wait for some buyer that got the same idea & has money to spend on it.
