I dont mind using a free template with slight modifications.

Actually its a straight implementation of the free version with a free template and some data loading.

Your forum membership is a little higher than what I'm willing to pay for this job in entirety.

Can do it myself, just dont have time

Thats the problem, people take up the job and then deliver 20% of the work and take 50% of the payment.

I think we'll just complete it on our own.
