He can't even make simple html template out of phpbb template, so I don't think he can shop psd to phpbb template. Just look at mess he posted in first post - no padding for text, menu font is ugly, no left/right borders - anyone can do better by simply clicking "view page source" in any forum that has that phpbb template installed.
