Phpbb question

ok, i want to start a phpbb forum for something, but im not sure if im able to use two or more completely different templates?like i have found a few that i like and i want my members to choose which template they want to use, but im not sure how to install more than one, can some one please tell me how to?

i suggest reading documentation or the readme file... but just a quick summery upload the folder of the theme to the "themes" directory thats located in the directory that your forums are... then you go to the admin pannel and install the template... and chose from the global config if you want to use it!

if you install all the templates then when the member goes to their options page they can choose which they want

Yeah, the member can choose it while registering and can later edit it in their profile page.

Here is a quick crash course.

1. Download the file to your computer.
2. Unzip the file to a folder on your desktop.
3. Make sure when you double click the folder you see all the contents. (most times it double nests the folder)
4. Connect to your site through FTP.
5. Go to your forum folder, then templates.
6. Upload the whole folder.
7. Login to your forum with the administration panel.
8. Go to styles, add.
9. Just install it from there then you are $.
10. If you want to change the one they see when they first visit the site it is under Configuration.
