Hi, i'd like to do a fresh reinstall of phpbb.

The hired person should:

1- install hppbb
2- apply a nice looking free legal skin
3- add 4 mods: quick reply, multiple login attempt failure, moderators panel, who's online on this thread

kindly quote on this thread how much you will charge in NP.

once i choose the person, i'll set him up an account on my server to start this easy job.
