Phpbb forum needs modified for wordpress

So, I have a phpbb forum uploaded to my ftp server, I need someone to modify it so it looks like my worpress them IE(header and footer). Take a look at this detailed video and see if you think you can do it. Im currently traveling internationally for work, and I have barely enough time to check my emails, let alone do this myself.

I tried contacting the nice person who uploaded it for me, so I could have them to the work and I could pay them for the work they did, but I havent had a return PM, so if anyone thinks they could do the simple work, look at the link and video, and pm me after, thanks!
