I needa PHP programmer to edit part of some small files so it will enable users to upload pictures to the site rather than putting a URL for people to see the picture.

I need someone who can write up a code to upload a picture to a directory in my FTP space and then let the picture automatically show up rather than putting in a URL to link an image... can someone help and I will give them an example of what i mean..
