looking for a developer to design for me a fantasy football script which has most of the features of the likes of

premier.fantasy-manager.co.uk
or
fantasy.premierleague.com

both sites have the basic idea of what i want in the script
transfers of players
mini leagues for users to create among themselves
league rankings


there are small other features i will want in the script

please dont ask what maximum or minimum budget is, please quote your price once you have all the details

also payment will be via escrow or paypal ( but all payment at the end of development ) due to getting screwed out of $120 after paying the last developer i chose partially up front

no your not reading it properly

paying through e-scrow is the same as being paid at the end of development only you are gaurunteed the money is there the whole time

i am saying that i paid someone upfront partially in paypal, they cleared the account and paypal could only retrieve $1 for me

that is why im being cautious and only using escrow or payment via paypal after work is completed
