PHP/MySQL programmer required : ongoing work

We urgently require an experienced PHP coder who can work with MySQL. We have several projects that need coding, the first one is a review system. We've been around on NamePros for a while and SitePoint and always pay on time. The successful applicant can work from home (or their office) and submit the work via e-mail. We would prefer pay using PayPal but we can consider wire transfers or other payment methods if you need them. We want someone who can give us a fixed price for each project. Please do not send form/copy paste applications we like people, not robots!
