php ipn verification coder needed. (work for hire)

Paying $50 for someone to code a paypal ipn verification.

1: After a user pay's via paypal I need it verified that they paid the amount that the item is listed for.

2: After verfication of the correct amount paid all you have to do is change a mysql varible from '0' to '1'.

I would do coding myself and know that this isn't that much trouble but because of lack of time I can't do it myself.

IPN routines examples are on the server already and the person that knows what they are doing it shouldn't take but 30 min's ~ 1 hour to finish.

Paid after job has been done and checked to see if it works. Check my user feed back rating, I will not back out of the deal if done right.

Website isn't launched yet and I expect no talking about what the website is about after the job is done. (NDA)

Where the user can advertise on my site and as soon as the payment is done his or her advertise's status changed from 'N' to 'Y' (In your case it is 0 to 1)

I will need to see the database and the php files though. The form which a user fills out and the notification.php will be under my duty. The rest of code of your site doesn't matter to me.
